Is Mkweli a full AML compliance system?
No. It is a focused sanctions name-screening tool. You still need policies, risk assessment, transaction monitoring, SAR processes, and governance appropriate to your licence and regulator.
Does it require internet?
Screening works offline with embedded lists. Internet is only needed to download the app and to refresh lists from official sources.
Which lists are included?

Is the app really free?
